• Jacques Pajak was born in Strasbourg in 1930.

Pajak studied at Beaux-Arts in Strasbourg . He tried many different artistique disciplines, painting, theatre decoration, design, writing. Jacques Pajak is an artist who has been called an abstract expressionist, formless and lyrical.

In this spirit, he devoted himself to a variety of ways to express himself in: painting, drawing, engraving, lithography, collage, crafts, poetry, short stories, novels, art history, music, theatre, film, mathematics, physics and architecture. All this is for him not only an art, a technology or a science, but an existence that lacks both security and opportunity for rest or recovery.
